Slow roasted salsa verde carnitas on top of two green chile polenta cakes. Garnished with fried poblano strips, cilantro, cotija, & bruleed Oaxaca queso.


SECOND COURSE

Empanadas - Guajillo chili carnitas, served with a corn cream whip, cotija, cilantro, lime, drizzled with a hot honey

Mesquite smoked cheesecake tart

Fig and pomegranate red wine sauce
